Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: February 2025. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Please include clear photographs of the fault or damage when contacting us, along with your order number. This helps us process your claim quickly and improve our quality control.

3. Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit is important. We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn and in original packaging.

To request a size exchange:

  1. 01Contact us via email or phone with your order number and the size you require.
  2. 02We will confirm stock availability for your requested size.
  3. 03Send the original shoes back to us (customer covers return postage).
  4. 04Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement size with free standard shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: shoes that have been worn outdoors or on a worksite, shoes without original packaging, items returned after 30 days from delivery (unless a statutory guarantee applies), and items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (where clearly marked at time of purchase).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team using one of the methods below. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot guarantee processing of unauthorised returns.
